Lisa serves on the boards of technology, healthcare, and mission-driven organizations, bringing board-level oversight grounded in three decades as a global CIO and business leader — including 26 years in federal service, retired as a Senior Executive Service (SES) member with CIO roles at the U.S. Department of Defense and the U.S. Department of Justice.
Her governance focus is where most boards now feel the greatest pressure: AI and Responsible AI oversight, cybersecurity and SEC disclosure readiness, digital transformation, federal and defense market dynamics, and audit and risk. She approaches every board seat as an operator first — the numbers, the strategy, the people, and the risks that matter most to the long-term health of the company.
